Who I Am

Throughout my career, I have worked with people in many different settings, including schools, homes, mental health clinics, and community programs. Working for and alongside others has given me a deep understanding of the unique and often personal challenges people face in navigating their lives, relationships, work, and communities.

I am naturally compassionate and sensitive to the needs of others, and I very open and accepting to working with people of all identities and beliefs. I bring my experience as an educator, mentor, advocate, and support professional to help people recognize their strengths, develop practical tools, and better navigate the world around them. My goal is to listen, understand, and provide the guidance and support people need to grow, move forward, and become the person they want to be.

“I self-identified as autistic late in life. While it appeared I did well enough growing up, I lacked an understanding of who I was, my challenges, and my strengths. Through my experience of self discovery, I realized my goal was to help others through that process.”
